Our Community
Sutherland Square is a proposed traditional neighborhood located along State Street four miles south of downtown Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan's central camps.
At completion, the community will include cafes, offices, shops and a variety of cottage, town and loft homes planned as a walkable neighborhood.
The Eaton Group, LLC is serving as the neighborhood's developer and founder. Sutherland's first phase is planned to open summer 2026

Sutherland Square is located on 22 acres of the historic Sutherland-Wilson centennial farm originally settled by the Sutherland family c. 1832.
The Sutherland family home and farm buildings have been preserved as a museum and are operated by Pittsfield Township.
